The short version: we never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone except the suppliers who help us run the service.

SurgerySites is a service of NoticeBoardTV Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07065069), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC215842). What we hold, and why

We hold the business contact details (name, job title, work email address and work telephone number) of staff at client and prospective client organisations. We use them to provide and support our services, to send invoices and service information, and to keep in touch with past and prospective clients about services that may interest them. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are the performance of a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests as a business. When you visit our websites or use our support dashboard, standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) are created to keep the service secure and working.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers who help us run the service — such as our UK/EEA hosting providers — and only as needed to provide it. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Current clients: for the duration of the service relationship. Former clients: up to six years after the contract ends, for accounting, service history and possible re-engagement. Prospective clients: up to two years from our last contact. We remove individuals' details when we learn they have moved on, and on request at any time.

Marketing emails

If we email you about our services, you can stop those emails at any time — reply "stop" or use any opt-out link, and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict or transfer it. Email hello@surgerysites.co.uk and we'll respond within statutory timescales. If you're not happy with how we handle a concern, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
